How to check damage in video card?

All I get now is a green screen, I have gone everywhere, Intel's Site, Nvidia's site and downloaded all the latest drivers, also I updated the USB drivers in the eventm that may be the problem. I'm running Win 98 SE with a PIII 600 with 512 Mb Memory. The vid card is a Xtasy GeForce 4 MX420.
